What the registration form collects
The online registration form collects your name, email, phone number, date of birth, driver's license number, and issuing state. This information is used only to process your registration and for required DMV reporting.
Your details are never sent by email or added to the payment link.
Please do not email your driver's license number or date of birth to anyone.
Payment
Payment is made through Square. Card details are handled by Square and are not stored on this website.
DMV reporting
The clinic is responsible for reporting your course completion to the Virginia DMV.
